The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 251(FIN) "An Act relating to the commercial fishing revolving loan fund and the fisheries enhancement revolving loan fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Olberg placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 251(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved the effective date clauses. The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?"
